The worldwide ramen chain, Santouka Ramen has joined RAMENGUYS. A lot of ramen lovers have eaten their ramen in the big cities in the US because many branches are located in the Japanese supermarket, Mitsuwa's food courts. Their delicious Tonkotsu ramen sometimes makes long lines in the storefronts. They spend about 20 hours simmering pork bones to make their signature Tonkotsu broth. After such a long, low temperature cook, they add vegetables, dried fish, kelp and other savory ingredients. That makes sense to us that their soup is silky looking and not porky taste.
